First, and foremost, thank you to all my wonderful clients who have been an integral part of my real estate success over the past 6 years in the Madison-Fayette County area. Without you I wouldn't be blogging today. Many times I get asked the same question by customers and clients, especially fellow educators. "How do you do it? How do you find time to be a sucessful Realtor? Can you be a good teacher and good realtor at the same time?, etc." Truly this are very valid questions. Seriously, I think back when I was a child; famous football-baseball players Bo Jackson and Deon Sanders were always extraordinary to me. Why? These were pro baseball-football athletes who played sports dually. So, yes, it can be done! But with a special knowledge, desire, and lastly, person I and all my clients in Madison-Fayette county have proven it can be done!
Time is always the devil's card many Realtors like to play when opposing my success. They say they are full time and I'm not. My answer to this statement is that's not true. Having Sold over 10 million dollars in real estate in since 2005 encompasses an 'any time or all the time' Realtor when I have clients in need. So know a Teacher/Realtor can! It can be simply defined as "double the service." Who else can assist you with real estate and local school information at the same time?
A Big Thank You to all of the Faculty/Staff of Madison-Fayette County Schools and EKU Faculty/Staff who have put their confidence and trust in my expertise over the years.
My references are always available upon request. I look forward with serving you and your family.
